  • Repairs, replacements, upgrades
  • Estimates, assessments, and project planning

All services are subject to written proposals, signed agreements, and availability.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing provided by Dad Exteriors is:
  • Based on information available at the time of the estimate
  • Subject to change depending on site conditions, material changes, or client revisions
  • Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Exclusive of unforeseen conditions or hidden defects
Final pricing is reflected in the signed contract, including any approved change orders.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their property
  • Give access to the job site as needed
  • Remove or protect personal belongings near the work area
  • Comply with permit, code, and inspection requirements
  • Make timely payments based on agreed contract terms

Dad Exteriors is not responsible for delays or damages caused by client inaccessibility or failure to meet obligations.

5. Scheduling & Delays

We aim to deliver work on time; however, schedules may change due to:

  • Weather
  • Material availability
  • Permit or inspection delays
  • Safety concerns
  • Changes requested by the client

Dad Exteriors is not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Warranty terms vary by:

  • Service type
  • Materials selected
  • Manufacturer warranties
  • Contract terms

All warranties will be clearly stated in the contract. No verbal warranties are binding.

7. Use of Website & Content

All content on our website—including text, images, videos, reports, and the Dad Exteriors brand—is protected by copyright and trademark law.
